Red Deer man charged with committing an indecent act

A Red Deer man has been charged with committing an indecent act after an RCMP investigation into an incident that occurred in a busy south Red Deer parking lot on March 28.
Shortly after 8:30 p.m. on that day, Mounties received a report of a man engaged in an indecent act in a parked car in the parking lot of a strip mall.
The suspect was gone by the time officers arrived, but RCMP continued to investigate and identified the suspect.
50 year old Kurt Anthony Silk was arrest on July 26 and charged with committing an indecent act.
