Police seeking suspects in connection with Alsike break and enter

Aug 2, 2017 | 9:19 AM

Breton RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying suspects in the break and enter to a business in Alsike.

Mounties say on July 30 between 4:30 and 5 a.m. two suspects broke into the Alsike Race Track Gas station at the intersection of Highway 39 and Highway 20.

Police say the suspects gained entry into the building by smashing the windows. Once inside, they stole various items including cigarettes and mechanical oil and caused extensive damage to the building in the process.

The suspects were observed on video surveillance but were wearing gloves and were masked. A white pickup truck could be seen in the footage and was used in the crime.
