Rebels holding prospects camp this weekend in Penhold

The Red Deer Rebels hold their annual prospects camp this weekend at the Penhold Multiplex.

There will be 27 players attending the camp. All sessions are open to the public:

Friday, June 2 – 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Saturday, June 3 – 3:45 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.

Sunday, June 4 – 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Chase Lowry (Sherwood Park, AB, 00) and Jaxsen Wiebe (Moose Jaw, SK, 02) will not be participating due to injury. 

Rebels forward Lane Zablocki is in Buffalo, New York this weekend for the NHL Combine. 

Zablocki is ranked 52nd among North American Skaters for the upcoming NHL Draft.

Zablocki is part of a combine group that also features Kale Howarth, the Red Deer native and forward with the Trail Smoke Eaters of the BCHL. Howarth is ranked 128th on the list.
