Red Deer RCMP are investigating after the Cool Beans Coffee Bus was broken into and trashed over the weekend.

The owners arrived around 8:30 a.m. Sunday to find the doors of the double decker bus had been pried open and windows smashed sometime overnight. The window of a smaller Volkswagen bus parked in the same location on Ross Street was also smashed and a storage shed was damaged.

Nothing of high value was stolen but police say the damage to the bus is significant.

Anyone with information is asked to call Red Deer RCMP or Crimestoppers.

Go Fund Me page has also been set up by friends of the owners to help pay for damages.

This is the third time in less than a year that Cool Beans has fallen victim to vandals. A similar situation occurred last August when the bus was broken into twice in a week.
